I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very good too ensure that my stay with my two small children was comfortable and enjoyable. The staff also assisted with ordering cabs, providing activity recommendations, and even replacing sheets after a mishap. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a perfect retreat after a long day exploring the city. I particularly appreciated the daily housekeeping and the sweet gesture of tucking my children's stuffed animals into their crib sheets. I can't thank the staff enough for their really good service and willingness to accommodate our needs.

The location of the hotel is great with plenty of restaurants nearby, making it convenient for dining out. The neighborhood has a very nice open feel, adding to the pleasant ambiance. the hotel is situated right in the center of town, making it easily accessible to various attractions.
There seems to be some inconsistency in the description of the rooms. However, the front desk staff are English-speaking and very helpful, which compensates for any discrepancies in the room facilities.

We had a lovely experience here. The location was perfect, situated in a great neighborhood full of popular restaurants and bars. The staff was excellent, providing us with outstanding room service and making sure everything was clean and well-maintained. We really appreciated the airport shuttle service that was provided for an extra fee.
Although the hotel could use some minor updates, we would definitely recommend it to our friends due to the excellent service and amenities. The in-room amenities such as the tea and coffee facilities and mini-bar were a nice touch, as well as the outdoor pool and garden area.

As a couple, we really enjoyed the comfortable and well-equipped rooms at Deco Recoleta Hotel. The separate living room and hallway were a nice touch, and having TVs in both areas was a bonus. The in-room tea and coffee facilities were a convenient and thoughtful addition. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to attractions like Recoleta Cemetery and San Telmo. The breakfast served in the open and inviting area was delicious, and the serving staff were able to communicate in English.

I had a comfortable stay at Deco Collection. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Andres who went out of his way to guide me around the city. The room was nice, with separate living and hallway areas, and the bed was cozy. The hotel's location was convenient, close to main attractions. Breakfast, although basic, was sufficient.
